James Shirley, General Manager

Held positions with Multinational Companies, including AuGMENT Technologies (DuPont/Newmont Gold JV), Kilborn SNC Lavalin and Eqstra Holdings. Previously National Sales Manager of Gaza Energy. Studied B.Sc. Eng (Chem) at Colorado School of Mines (USA) before following a career in Sales & Marketing Management

Eli Shilton, Operations and Engineering

Former CEO of Rand Metal and Enamel Industries (a subsidiary of Amisragas), one of the largest developers and producers of solar thermal collectors in Israel. Representative of the Israeli solar industry at the European Solar Thermal Industry Federation (ESTIF) and the chairman of the Israeli Solar Organization (Isol).Mr. Shilton has a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University

Dovi Finger, Commercial Projects Manager

Dovi holds a Bsc degree from Wits University and has been involved in his own retail company for a number of years. He is passionate about renewable energy, specifically Solar technology and his extensive knowledge of our various systems combined with his dedication to ensuring the success of all current projects, make him a great asset to Kayema’s management team.
